Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products bought during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Process

- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the address shared by our support team.
Note: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Exchanges
- Size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
